As an educator, I've noticed a change in my students' demeanors since my State's shutdown. Some as the same as ever - these are the kids who go to bed at a good time and get up before 9am. The rest (the majority) are heading to bed between 11pm and 3 am and it really shows. They are lethargic, lack enthusiasm and are far less productive.
My own kids are similar so we have removed all tech at night and are waking them up at an earlier time, whether they like it or not! We all need good sleep and a schedule. A natural supplement may help.
