My right rib cage is sticking out and it’s effected the right side of my lung to. Daily from how I feel like I have no oxygen inside my body And my doctor is aware of this. I’m supposed to talk to my pulmonologist soon and when I explain such thing to him I keep wondering for such problem would you think my doctor give me oxygen? I’ve seen something’s that people where oxygen and carrying like a mini bag of oxygen thing in it. This is my guess I’m not so sure how it is or what solution my doctor give me. Hello Melissa
Thank you for writing!
Oxygen tanks are generally used for lung or heart disease. But since you have trouble breathing, talk to your specialist about this when you see him/her. We cannot say whether this is necessary for you. You oxygen levels can be checked at this time to see where you stand.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I would like to know do you think I first call and talk to my pulmonologist or make appointment to go to him?

Hello again,
You will need to call either way, whether to make an appointment or to talk so start with a phone call.
