Sheree:

Mentally, I went through a lot of stress, overwhelmness, anxiety. I started in therapy – one-on-one therapy once a week and tell I felt much better to graduate to two weeks and then so on and so forth. Nine years later, I am still in therapy. Things come up over years.

At first I sought every education outlet I could find. I overwhelmed myself. So I was in therapy for overwhelming myself, and I thought I was going to die at first but I slowly found out nope, I am not going to die, and now some of the stuff I go through is every ordinary stuff that everybody else goes through too and it’s been a long road; depression, anxiety, stress, and now I feel much better. My self-esteem is very much well better. It’s worth it in the end.
