Well, I tell them they really need to do it because when you do take care of yourself, you are a much better caregiver. You’re not as tired, you’re not as sensitive maybe to things that they might say, that you might take issue with, but you wouldn’t if you weren’t so tired. Definitely, so it’s very important but it’s hard to do.
