Anemia and Iron-Deficiency can be cured with the power of oranges, well technically. Actually, Vitamin C has been known to increase Iron absorption in the body, and over time can reduce a deficiency.

Iron is found mostly in Hemoglobin, which transports the oxygen to your cells. The iron attracts the oxygen and that is how it is carried through your body.

Iron is only absorbed in comparison to how much the body already has. If it needs a lot, it will take a lot, and so on.

Vitamin C taken with iron supplements or iron-rich foods (like, spinach, red meats, and fish) can boost iron absorption by as much as 10%, if needed.

This means more oxygen to the body, adding energy and strength to everyday routines.

Their articles are not a substitute for medical advice although we hope you can gain knowledge from their insight.
