Dr. Himanshu Shukla's focus is on the treatment of heart rhythm disorders. The most common type of heart rhythm disorder is atrial fibrillation. Permanent or longstanding atrial fibrillation used to be called chronic atrial fibrillation. This type lingers even after treatment has been given.
