Two elements, one is allergic, which is a huge factor for me. I am an extraordinarily allergic person. It’s an easier question to ask what I am not allergic to than it is to ask what I am allergic to. And if I am having an allergic condition, that triggers an asthmatic condition for me. And the other element is pretty classic: it’s physical activity, physical exertion, anything that puts a strain on my lungs. It can be as dramatic as walking up a flight of stairs, you’re trying to hike, something like that. It can be as minor as laughing. I missed out on a lot of laughter in my life because every time I started laughing, it triggered an
asthma attack, and that was kind of a bummer.
