Princeline:

My asthma is triggered by stress and the environment. So what I have to do is to watch what is going on around me, trying not to get caught up in the ozone thing. But I take my medication like Advair and Singulair on a daily basis being proactive. And then, if I have an attack, there’s that all-important inhaler.

An elephant standing on my chest, you cannot get out the breath. It is not so much about breathing in. It is trying to get it out.
