Linda:

Meals are tiny to what I see co-workers or friends eating. I am generally the side order. They call me the side order person. I eat very small meals. I eat several times a day as opposed to, you know, I used to just grab a doughnut in the morning, have a humongous lunch, and then skip dinner.

Meals taste better now. Although I am only eating like five or six bites of something, they taste better. I am not drenching things with sauce, not drenching things in condiments I should say. Meal sizes are much smaller.

I love going shopping. I am in, I am out, I grab what I want. Before I would go to three or four different department stores trying to find my size. You know, I would just grab anything that was in my size whether it was navy blue, brown, black. Now I actually get to pick and choose. “Do I want this color, do I want this style?” It’s wonderful–it really is.
