Linda Shares How Her Eating Habits Changed After Gastric Bypass Surgery (VIDEO)

Linda explains how her eating habits have changed since undergoing gastric bypass surgery and if she enjoys shopping more since losing 100 pounds.

Meals are tiny to what I see co-workers or friends eating. I am generally the side order. They call me the side order person. I eat very small meals. I eat several times a day as opposed to, you know, I used to just grab a doughnut in the morning, have a humongous lunch, and then skip dinner.

Meals taste better now. Although I am only eating like five or six bites of something, they taste better. I am not drenching things with sauce, not drenching things in condiments I should say. Meal sizes are much smaller.

I love going shopping. I am in, I am out, I grab what I want. Before I would go to three or four different department stores trying to find my size. You know, I would just grab anything that was in my size whether it was navy blue, brown, black. Now I actually get to pick and choose. “Do I want this color, do I want this style?” It’s wonderful–it really is.
