Remember, plastic surgery is a cosmetic procedure. It’s not really always necessary, and it’s really a personal choice of the patient. There are a couple of factors that usually will take into account whether a woman will need plastic surgery: the amount of weight they lose, how rapid they lose the weight, and the age of the patient.
Obviously, a younger woman will have more elastic skin and will recoil and may need less plastic surgery as opposed to a woman who is a little bit more advanced in age.
