Rosa Shares How The Feeling Of Fullness Changed After Gastric Bypass Surgery (VIDEO)

Rosa:

Following after my surgery, gastric bypass surgery, now I can feel when I am full because, literally, I can feel my food going to here. It’s like no, I need to stop. Before it was like eating, drinking and talking and like I would never notice am I full? Well, I will never stop and think am I full? Now it’s like when I eat, that’s what I do–I am eating. I am paying attention to what I am feeling, my feelings on my stomach, or my brain too and that just like talking, talking, talking, eating, eating, eating–no.

I learned. Dr. Dahiya taught me how. You need to eat slow and just pay attention to what you are eating, not just eat and eat and eat. You will learn to feel when you are full, and before, like I said, it was just like not paying attention, not paying attention.
