Cost of Beauty Supplements
Most supplement products cost anywhere between $20 to $150 for supplies ranging from a specific amount of days to months. Because products are pricey, consumers should consider researching different products, be willing to make an investment and decide what area they want their supplement to aid. The human body already has many vitamins and minerals and also consumes more through healthy eating. Beauty supplements may make a difference for some, but Joyce Fox, M.D., a Cedars-Sinai Medical Group dermatologist, said they can be a waste of money because most people are not lacking in vitamins to the point where their skin or hair is impacted.
