It's all about that fit.

Pamela Waterman, 59, is an engineer and writer. She told Empowher that fit is the most important aspect of looking and feeling good.

Pamela added that she likes to add fun colors to her wardrobe, but ultimately, it all comes down to the right fit.

Most women's personal style cannot be summed up into just one category. We tend to keep a variety of go-to looks in our wardrobes from professional to casual.

Somehow, we all find ways to express ourselves as individuals or fit in with the crowd, depending on the day and the dress.

Many women have a hard time keeping up with trends and knowing when to let a piece or a look go.

Rochelle York, a personal stylist in Scottsdale, Arizona, said that she sees similar problems facing most of her clientele and that the biggest issue she helps to solve is "too many clothes and nothing to wear."

Being creative, organizing, and adding key pieces to an already existing collection can transform a wardrobe and build confidence. The following women weighed in on their favorite fashion bits and pieces and what makes them feel good about the way they look.

The women interviewed are not the women photographed.
