Nurse Sarah Burns explains why women experiencing back pain should come to the Spine Center at Alvarado Hospital.

Sarah:
I feel it’s very important to come to the spine center where they’ll get the right diagnosis, meaningful preparation for the surgery, honest opinion and the right procedure for their actual problem because there are many different problems that can happen with the spine.

I feel it’s important to come to the spine center if you have back problems because you will be taken care of by nurses and doctors that specialize only in spine problems and so we see it every day. We know how to treat it and deal with the various issues that come about with spine problems and spine surgery. It gives me much more confidence as a nurse dealing with one type of patient on a daily basis.
