Francine:

I could walk anywhere. I could do water exercises. I couldn’t run because you’re not supposed to do anything that has impact, and there were certain yoga positions that I couldn’t do. Before the first six months, I couldn’t lift my leg above my hip and I couldn’t internally rotate my leg.
