Hi and thank you for joining us at EmpowHER, I'd like to talk with you about Singleton Moms, a non-profit organization that supports single mothers in their battle against cancer throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

Women Singleton Moms Has Helped

Channel and her son Devin. Channel is 31 and has been diagnosed with CML Leukemia. She just recieved a bone marrow transplant in November and was hospitalized for a month. Her reatment is aggressive and her mom has flown out to help her with her son Devin, 11. Debbie and her girls. Debbie is a success story! She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2008 and after almost a year of treatment she was deemed cancer free in April of 2009.
 
Netis is also a survivor! At the very young age of 28, Netis, a single mom of three young boys, was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. She was on service with Singleton Moms for 10 months while she underwent a double mastectomy, Chemotherapy and Radiation. After all that she went through she became cancer free in February of 2009. Since that time Netis has gone on to be a Survivor Model at the Banner of Hope Fashion show and has come out in support of many Singleton Moms events. She very much wants to give back! Debbie, Colleen and Suzanne out to walk at our 2nd annual Lean On Me 5k Walk in 2009.
