Ever been to a party, or been at work or some kind of function and you get the cold shoulder from someone, or a group?
It turns out that this kind of reception can make you feel that the temperature is 5 degrees fahrenheit colder than it actually is, as well as craving a hot drink!
Our psychological response to being isolated or excluded can immediately impact how we physically feel.

When most think of depression, they think about a family member with depression or someone that they know of who is suspected of being depressed in school or the workplace, but few will think about what to do with a depressed friend. What can one do for their friend who appears to be suffering from depression?

It Is Hard to Be in Business with a Friend!
)
I just wrote the words “Kim Webb was a tremendous help in taking the story of Princess Bubble from an email Susan originally sent out to her friends to a beautifully published book. Her friendship is extraordinary and priceless to Susan! But, sometimes it is hard to be best friends and business partners so Susan has bought Kim’s interest in Bubble Gum Press and will always be grateful to Kim for her love and passion for the message of Princess Bubble!” on our site www.PrincessBubble.com

Well, I am sitting here, thinking about my life right now on a Sunday evening, and found a quote from Alan Alda that meant the world to me not too long ago:
"You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover will be yourself." ~Alan Alda

The best way I deal with stress is I start believing in me, hanging out with friends to start bring back positive energy around me. When something negative starts to comes to my mind or I start to feel a bad mood to kick in. I will stop what I am doing and take a couple of deep breathes and start talking to the man up stairs to help give me the strength to get through this moment and try to start thinking of all the good things that are happening in my life.
