There is nothing new about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Anyone working on an assembly line or typing 8 hours a day can tell you that.

What's different is that Carpal Tunnel Syndrome used to be connected almost solely with one's work. A typist, an assembler, a seamstress.

My road warrior husband has had to battle botched reservations, bad weather and epic flight cancellations of late. He has spent 4-5 days of every week out of town over the last 20 years and knows how to work with the multitude of issues facing business travelers. He's as exhausted from the stress of traveling in these troubled times as he is from his schedule. Although not exactly a "Peaceful Warrior," how does he manage?

Come away with me. We’re “going” exotic, to the incredible country of Tunisia. But before you “pack a bag” here are some tips. *Make copies of your passport, with the number. Leave one home with a friend you can contact should something happen and carry an extra copy, tucked in a suitcase or other spot. Do the same with credit cards. Why? This will make it easier to have duplicates faxed if you must get another.
