Last week was tough, especially with the holiday weekend. Even though I ran 6 miles on Saturday, and the Nike+ Human Race 10K (6.2 miles) on Sunday, losing 2 lbs in sweat each time, I've actually regained some of the weight lost over the past couple of weeks. So, this week, I'm pretty much back to the chalkboard.
I don't know why I didn't take notice before, but I finally read the label on my favorite custard-style yogurt and discovered it's made with high fructose corn syrup. Say it isn't so!
