Well, for one thing: I realized I don't have a scale in the house! :-)
I worked with so many college students who were obsessed with their weight (whether they were underweight, overweight or normal weight), that I never thought it was "appropriate" to weigh myself; I can tell how I'm doing by my clothes fitting tighter/looser.
Anyways...I've decided to lose size around my waist instead of pounds. I decided this today, so do not have a baseline. (I usually am not this scattered!) :-)
I DID make a great deal of progress in adding exercise back into my routine: yoga, Zumba (FUN!), walking and swimming...all last week. The eating is improving slowly, as I'm finding healthier snacks, but this is still a stressor in my life right now.
