I've never understood the interest in pole dancing. I suppose it takes skill, balance and strength to hang and drape yourself around a pole. But it just looks...stupid. I've been to my share of strip clubs and never understood the fascination. Of course there are some performers that can really do some amazing things on a pole. But mostly it was a prop for chicks who can't dance and need something to spin around, you know? It's just not that entertaining. At least to me. Anyway, it's kind of surprising that these classes are popular.
