Think I'm with Alysia on this one. Not my thing, but if someone else wants to give it a go, good for them. The funny thing about most women I know is that they generally don't feel sexy if they're carrying extra weight. It seems to be the kind of fitness routine for those who are already slim but looking for ways to spice up their fitness routines. Has anyone out there tried it?
