Thanks for the advise. I don't think anything you said is patronizing. It is clear that I need answers to this dilemma. I will certainly look into giving men a little more leeway when I finally start dating again.

I appreciate your honesty in the subject because I tend to be overpowered in everything I do. I guess sometimes, we need to sit back and let someone else pull the reins for a while.
