Check out this website they do procedures for really cheap they even have layaway plan (payment plan) if your tube is blocked http://www.tubal-reversal.net/....I did not use them though I'm currently in the process of getting ivf but if I could have taken that route that would have been the best option $$$6000 and thy have payment plans.
