Actually, you and the first answered poster are INCORRECT!! YES, you CAN get pregnant without fallopian tubes! It is REMOTE, but it is possible. If you have your ovaries, you will still ovulate. It is correct that the egg usually needs fallopian tubes, but after you ovulate, your little egg will float around in your abdomen. It is possible for 1 sperm (it only takes one) to reach the egg and fertilize it. Now, it is a remote possibility for your fertilized egg to float into your uterus, but it is more likely that it will embed itself on the outside of your uterus. Your best and safest bet is IVF. I just wanted to clarify that it is possible.
