I am feeling the same but I have been told by a number of doctors in the UK it is extremely rare but it can and has happened. My consultant said its a 1% chance, well to me I live in hope as that's 1 in a hundred ladies like us that may do it naturally. I live in hope that what's meant to be and if I am going to be that one lady then it will happen. If you think about it logically there will be two tiny holes in our uterus where our tubes once was and the body is any amazing thing. I have also read a lot of stories where women who have lost one tube have got pregnant yet they can see that they ovulated from the ovary where they have no tube as they can see the corpus sack feeding the embryo and they are pregnant in the womb. This isn't rally any different as that egg as made its way from one ovary across to the other or it could of just made its way in to the womb, we will never know. Just live with the thoughts that the body is an amazing thing and it can happen there are ladies on here that have happened to them. Good luck and the pain will ease I too have had two rupturing ectopics with no tubes. X
