Kst the same exact thing happen to me. I had my tubes cut and burned after my 2nd child and now I have 3 children. I saw 3 doctors during my last pregnancy and all 3 were baffled and couldn't explain to me why this was happening. After doing some research, the doctor said my tubes had not reconnected and were still burned ( exactly how they should be) so he couldn't tell me how the egg traveled to my uterus. So yes, I can say that somehow you can still conceive without your tubes.
