Hi Brandelena
I had my last occurrence of Meniere's Disease symptoms in 9/08. I just regained my balance about a month ago. I lost my hearing in my left lear permanently and totally so thats been quite a disability for me and Im very self conscious about it. A "regular" hearing aid doesnt help with this sort of one sided deafness. I am in the early stages of applying for a BAHA device, bone anchored hearing aid with is implanted in your skull behind the ear. Most insurance companies dont pay for hearing devices and this is very expensive, so I'm hoping for the best. Let me
know how you are doing and write back if you want to chat.
