We're very glad you are here! I just started weight training again, and am starting all over as a beginner. I look forward to gaining more information and insight from you.

One question related to your post above. You mentioned: "there are two basic types of fat receptors: alpha receptors and beta receptors." Is there certain foods or exercise that women can do to help the fat not be deposited into the long-term storage in the alpha receptors?
