A lot of times spotting a brown discharge can mean old blood. Perhaps from your procedure. I'm not a doctor but let's see if we can find you some more information.

If you don't mind me asking, what is the HER procedure? I'm not familiar with it. I'm sure a lot of women would like to know what type of procedure it is.

Have you called your doctor? That would be a really good thing to do as well. You can talk to the nurse to see what she knows. I would imagine they would be able to tell you whether or not this is normal and how long you should expect to have spotting.
