The fact is I got a flu shot and 3 days later developed a rash that turned to a case of shingles on my left side (over the heart site).
All MD's consulted say it is a coincidence... Maybe but the worst is that at 72 it developed into PostHerpeticNauralgia and it is bothering me for the last year and may be for ever! So AVOID THE FLU VACCINE.
One possible conclusion I reached is that millions of people get the damn flu shot yearly and thousands will develop shingles anyway. So it is possible that out of those thousands some happened to take the flu shot a day or two before. Any comments, agreements??
