Monounsaturated fats, hence forming part of the term, "MUFA." Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is one of the top choices.
You definitely want to avoid saturated fats. Those are fats that become solids when still or chilled, like butter. These can clog your arteries.

Wow, sounds pretty simple to follow and I love everything that is listed. Do you know the type of oils? Saturated and/or unsaturated? Does it make a difference?
