Thanks for sharing those tips Alysiak. I truly believe that we hold the key to graceful aging in our hands. I will add a couple of more things to your list:

1. Eat each meal relaxed. Avoid rushing through them. Try chewing at least 15 times each bite. Savor the food!

2. Drink plenty of water. Hydration throughout the day will help eliminate toxins and will help maintain healthy pH levels in the blood.

3. Stay away from hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, MSG and any other food preservative. Try organic, fresh alternatives.

4. Supplement your diet with Magnesium. Calcium should be taken with a 2:1 ratio of magnesium. For example if you take 1000mg or Calcium, make sure to take 500mg of magnesium.

5. Detox your body once every six months maybe for a couple of days with raw veggies and fruits and good life bacteria. Or try colon hydrotherapy instead.

6. Pick a relaxation or a deep breathing technique and practice it for 5-10 minutes each day.
