Hi, I'm puzzled on why my bhrt causes me to have hot flashes. I've went on and off a free times so, it's definitely the bhrt that causes them, i have a bi-est, testosterone and progestrone compounded. Any suggestions will be great because I want to use the bhrt as an anti aging protocol.
