The best way to beat Sunday blues is hitting the gym , working out , light exercise/yoga, spend some relaxing time at the spa, read a bed-time book or watch a romantic/comedy movie to lighten up and go to bed early to wake up fresh and bright on the following Monday Morning. I have tried several things in the past out of anxiety like checking work mail, writing to-do lists for the week, worrying about work and hated co-workers and dreading going to work. Try this out and let me know if it helps!!
