Thanks for sharing this resource...the "hydration fruit-ade homemade sports drink" sounds fancy, but all it contains is water, sugar (or stevia) a little salt and your choice of fruit juice (lemon, lime or other depending on sugar content).

Others wanting to try a natural drink can also try adding fruit juice (no/low sugar) to seltzer water for a healthier carbonated drink (in lieu of soda, although some reports are saying carbonated drinks aren't great for you...).
