I've the same problem, 2 large purplish spots on my lips. Seem to be getting bigger. I have taken your advice and have been doing it for about a week now so hoping to see some improvement soon. Will post again if I get lucky and if it helps other people then thank goodness for the Internet as when I mentioned it to my doctor she just brushed it off.
