Coach Virginia, I just started taking a different B complex supplement that has all the same ingredients, even nearly the same amounts, except it doesn't contain Vitamin C, Iron or Vitamin E. The bad taste is completely gone, which is awesome. It seems to be helping somewhat with the RLS, but not as effective as the other supplement. But it's better than nothing. I'm wondering if it was the iron in the previous supplement that was helping me so much.... what do you think? Maybe I should take a separate iron supplement and see what happens?
I followed your suggestions and incorporated kiwi into my diet as well as more bananas. I'm thinking about trying magnesium, but not sure how much to take. (I've heard it can cause diarrhea if you take too much.)
I really appreciate your advice on this! I would love to alleviate my RLS symptoms -- they make me miserable sometimes -- but I don't want to have to go on a medication for it.
