I have the same problem. With foot pain when I woke up. So I add foot gel insolea and started taking B-12, glucosamine and Robax Platinum platine and omega 3 and it has reduced my pain by 70% so I start soak my foot in warm water for15 min and then dry them off and then start apply massage my right foot with Chinese ointment and the knee.
This Chinese ointment name are: “wong to Yick” + “Zheng Gu Shui” + “Shaolin Di-Da JIU”
They like tiger palm but it better. In the old day the monk use them after practice martial art or have broken bone they apply this ointment every day for 3 month and there bone got stronger and there pain go away.
You can get this Chinese ointment any Chinese herb store. Or inside Chinese T&T mall.
Try it work!!. My pain gone away but once a while it come back and that what i use to get better
