I am more of a workout girl that enjoys aerobics, kick boxing and weight training. I am very proud of my shoulders. I like to add arm weights and ankle weights for the extra conditioning during my aerobics training. It certainly burns more calories during the already powerful workouts.
It is extremely important to use these things to get over those nasty plateaus too.
