YES - you can increase your bust size naturally. It happened to me. I was a B cup but happy with that, because I have a petite frame, and it fit me well. Anyway, after nursing 3 kids for one year each, my breasts had sagged and looked like deflated balloons. I was bummed about it. I am turning 45 this year and look like I'm 35 or even younger, because I keep my skin looking good, eat right, etc. ANYWAY when I began working out with a trainer and doing pec exercises on the weight machine, my breasts perked up and didn't look saggy anymore. - I was both shocked and thrilled.

When I stopped working out, they eventually went back down (but not to deflated balloons). This past spring when I went intense kayaking for 4 hours, the next day they looked amazing - building up pec muscles DEFINITELY WORKS!! So whenever I don't exercise my pec muscles, they sag. Then this summer I did 3000 jumpropes for two days straight using my weighted-handle jumprope, and my breasts looked amazing for about two weeks (let me know if you want info on how I do jumprope) and I even bought a bigger cup size bra.

Anyway now I am doing the typical "I must increase my bust" exercises where you put your arms up straight with elbows out at a 90 degree angle and bring them together in front of you and repeat numerous times - that definitely makes my arms sore, and I'm seeing if that builds up my pec muscles - will do about 50 a day probably, intermittently. IT DEFINITELY WORKS!!!! What do you have to lose, if you don't believe me - TRY IT!!!!!! :) I never thought that my breasts would perk up again and look great, but remember I'm turning 45 this year!! Anyone can do it!!!!!!!!
