Dear Anon, could you provide an example of what foods are you eating and what foods you are staying away from? I am not sure I understand what you mean by "picky eater", but it would help to get a sense of what you prefer to stay away from. Body weight has many contributing factors, stress being one. I hope you can share a list of foods or a sampler of your daily diet.
