I have always been interested in criminal justice, statistics and the way the criminal justice system works. Eight years ago already, Chandra Levy was found murdered in Washington, D.C. where she worked and lived. She worked for Gary Condit, the former U.S. Representative for the State of California.
If you remember the story, Gary Condit's life was ruined due to the scandal of an affair they were having and ultimately her body being found later. It appears that there has been a break in the case involving a man named Ingmar Guandique who was questioned regarding her murder several years ago as well as other murders of woman joggers at the park.
Do you think it is fair to publicly address someone's innocence? Is this really a country of innocent until proven guilty?
