Each and every one of you need to get in with a gynecologist who specializes in balancing your hormones. If you develop estrogen dominance (as I did at a young age), you are at a very high risk of developing breast cancer (as I did). I take Effexor for my hot flashes and depression since my hysterectomy. I now use ProgesterAll cream which was developed by Dr. John Lee (READ ALL OF HIS BOOKS!). I begin bio-identical hormone therapy with my new gynecologist here in Atlanta in October. PLEASE do not let your doctors keep prescribing estrogen! IT CAUSES CANCER!!!
