get real people. Cancer is a very serious illness. I have lost one sister to it and another who is fighting it. Faking cancer......and no one noticed? Real Cancer sufferers are going through hell every day of their lives. It can not be faked to anyone who is living near you. Shame on all of those people who are pretending to have cancer. There is simply no excuse for this kind of deception
