I have been advised by my acupuncturist and M.D.to take magnesium for my insomnia. Thank you for the confident answer that it is best to take it at night I have also discovered by reading here that I am only taking 63% of the recommended dose so I am going to rectify that as well. I noticed that this site is primarily geared for womaen. Just for the record I am a 58 year old man and got the answers I needed from you on my first hit on the Internet. Many thanks!
