It sounds more like high inflammatory condition or fybromialgia. In other words, inflammation at the cellular level which may be linked to poor diet, mineral deficiency, lack of exercise and poor hydration. Is she overweight? What do you know about her nutrition patterns? The symptoms of numbness could be nerve related but sources of pain are numerous. I think we need more information to be able to help her.
