I'm thinking about reconstruction but don't want implants, been there, any advice please

BEFORE WHEN I HAD CANCER ON THE RIGHT BREAST I HAD RECONSTRUSTION AND HAD IT REMOVE THIS TIME CAUSE OF COMCATION WITH THE PORT ABOVE THE IMPLANT FOUND OUT THAT IMPLANT CAN HIDE STUFF DID NOT LIKE THAT CAUSE THE CANCER I GOT IS SLOW GROWING SO HARD TO FIND SO I REALLY DONT WONT IMPLANTS FOR THIS REASON BUT WONT AT LEAST SOME BUMPSLOL THEIR
