This is scary given the number of Baby Boomers will eventually need Cataract Surgery. Cataracts are the worlds leading cause of blindness :(

There is quickly becoming a three tiered system where those with money get great care with premium lenses. Those with some money get decent care with adequate lenses and those without money don't get treated...

Not what you'd want in a civilized nation!
