This is what healthcare should be focused on: prevention. Were it not for the fact that our insurance rates are based upon the cost of care for seriously ill, elderly health statistics and malpractice lawsuits, healthier individuals would not be penalized by having to pay ridiculously high rates for their premiums. Healthcare is an area in which, in my opinion, this sort of "Robin Hood" rule should not apply.
